Oh, Marty, walking pneumonia is a tough diagnosis! You really must rest and take extra-good care of yourself. You're so kind to check in with so many bloggers, and you're always so very encouraging. Right now you mustn't worry about encouraging all of us--let us encourage YOU! I will pray for you to be restored to complete health very quickly. You are such a treasure!
Marty, I am so sorry to hear this. I had pneu the last 2 years so I am getting the shot next week. Did you get the shot? I know it doesn't protect you from all strains. Prayers for your recovery. It took 6 weeks for me!
Oh, no, Marty! So sorry to hear this, especially with your big trip coming up. (At least you got your shopping done early, right?) Do exactly what the doctor says and stay in bed if necessary. Then go sit in the sun in Hawaii and get your old strength back! Hugs to you.
Yikes Marty! Take it very very easy. That's some serious business. I hope you feel (and are) better very soon. I'm sending healing prayers your way. Vanna
OMG! I'm so sorry to hear that. My husband had a bad bout of that earlier this year and it took him forever to get over it. I think his biggest problem was that he wasn't getting enough rest. Take care of yourself!
Dear Marty, wrap up warm, settle down with a nice warming drink (honey & lemon?) and get well soon! Sending best wishes across the pond to you. Rose H x
