Welcome to the 74th Table Top Tuesday. We had such fun last week at the "Summe Cloche Party", if you missed any of the links, you really need to go back and try to see them all. I am totally in awe of such inspiration.
It has been way too hot to go out, and then on top of the heat, our A/C went out. So after a bazillion dollars and a day and half without it, we are back up and running. Praise the Lord!!!!! While waiting for the A/C to get repaired, I made a trip to GW. At least it was cool there and even the car was a blessing.
I found this really cute, aged cherub pillar candleholder, although I thought it looked better for now with some ivy.
Thanks so much for stopping by, I always look forward to your visits. Now link up all your creations, we all want to see.

Pretty, pretty Marty. I have to start changing up my vignettes more often. Thanks for hosting.
ReplyDeleteI have been watching the news about the terrible weather you have been having over there. I sure do hope that winter lasts for a lot longer here as I am not ready to face a long hot summer! Thank goodness we have air con!
ReplyDeleteThanks for having me today, Marty. Have a great week!
Best wishes,
Natasha.

As always, very nice! Love the crackle on the cherubs. I was very busy last week and sad that I didn't get a chance to link up for the cloche party. I am going to spend some time checking them out. Glad your A/C is fixed. Not much worse than dying of heat.
ReplyDeleteI agree, it looks better with the ivy on it than it would with a candle. Sorry about your air, uuggh!! Glad you are cool againg!
ReplyDeletePrretty vignette, Marty! Love the cherub candle holder...Christine

ReplyDeleteI always look forward to Tuesday -- your tabletops are also so much fun!
ReplyDeleteNice find, Marty. Glad you have AC again. Sometimes escaping in the car is the best thing to do. Funny, but this winter when we lost heat for an entire day during temps in the teens, I escaped to the car for a little warmth. Guess it works both ways. LOL
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting! ~ sarah
Thank you for hosting, Marty. Too bad about the AC. When will this weather be over?? Very cute cherubs, and you can do something different for Christmas, too.
ReplyDeleteMarty, I love the crackle finish of your vase. Very nice. Thanks for hosting.
ReplyDeleteHi Marty, I'm such a wimp no AC sounds frightful, thanks for the great party!!

Marty...so sorry, but I had issues linking up. #32 is incorrect. I don't know why, but it is...I don't know if you can fix.
ReplyDeleteSorry no thumbnail showed up-don't know why. Love the vignette you did-perfect for summer. Glad your a/c is fixed-we have already gone through that this summer!
ReplyDeleteHonestly Marty...if my AC had gone out last week I think I would have cried...and then I would have driven to the closest hotel and checked in!
ReplyDeleteGlad things are back to normal...thanks for hosting. Have a great week!
Very pretty and a bargain, lady Marty, I love this piece, but also the pretty lamp next to it...beautiful!! Thank you for hosting once more, it's amazing how fast Tuesday is here again! Have a wonderful week. Love, FABBY

Debbie
Thank you for hosting Table Top Tuesday. I really enjoy linking up with you and all the others that participate. Oh, you poor dear! No AC this time of year in Arizona. . It is a wonder you survivied. How did people live before AC. Thanks again, Marty. Hugs, Karie
ReplyDeleteSo pretty Marty~ I love your cherub planter- it has such a wonderful old world feel!! Thanks for hosting! :)
ReplyDeleteOh, NO!!! What a horrible time to lose AC!! I have to admit, I would gladly use that excuse to drag my 3 little helpers to the Goodwill as well. :) Love the cherub display: would not have thought of using the ivy...you're so creative! Thanks for the fun link party. I'm glad I was able to partake this week.
ReplyDeleteThank You for hosting this evening......Julian

ReplyDeleteHi Marty, I think this is my first time participating in your Table Top Tuesday party! I'm happy your got your a/c repaired. It's turned cooler here in N.B. Canada. Well, the humidity is gone. It's still nice although rainy today. Your new cherub candleholder is sweet with the ivy in it. I'm your newest follower. I wish you a blessed week! Pamela

Karen
What a good buy, Marty! Love how you added the ivy! I joined your party! Thanks for hosting!!!!! XO
ReplyDeleteOh you poor thing. That happened to us one summer during a horrible heat wave. We ended up sleeping in our trailer for a couple of nights as it had air and we could just plug it into the house. So glad you got it fixed.
ReplyDeleteWonderful, as always!! xx
ReplyDeleteHi Marty...
ReplyDeleteAwww...the cherub candleholder is just adorable, my friend! You always find the prettiest things at GW! I love the look of the ivy with it! Was just wondering...are the little orbs that you have in that vignette...made of shells? Love those! And...of course...I always just swoon when I see your beautiful bird lamp! It's one of the pretties lamps that I've ever seen! Thank you for sharing your new cherub candleholder and vignette with us today, sweet friend!
