that was a beautiful pool. 115!!! I can't handle anything over 90! I could not hack it in AZ!
ReplyDeleteYou need a Bend visit!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful, Marty! I'm sure you are missing that pool about now. We are supposed to get humid again here this week and I am not looking forward to it!
ReplyDeleteOh your pool was lucious and inviting no wonder your dreaming about it....now I am too! Hot temps but I have heard that up until now it has been very comfortable down south this year?
ReplyDeleteEvery single summer I stare into our boring hot yard and I say to my husband, "Who lives in Arizona and doesn't have a pool, for crying out loud!?" That would be us. Thinking of spending the weekend at the Pointe Squaw Peak to enjoy the lazy river if it weren't for the thousands of kids descending on it. Or would that be the Pointe Piestewa?
ReplyDeleteMoney Tree?? Where can I buy one of those. I'll water it til the cows come home!
ReplyDeleteMarty...it was a beautiful pool....how about a small fountain and a shaded chair and glass of lemonade ....would that be a compromise....????? NOT!
ReplyDeleteLovely pool Marty. We had a pool in our South Florida home, I do sometimes miss it. We have the lake though here.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful pool and landscaping. I can see why you would be missing it. I too miss having a pool but when I downsized that also included my yard.
ReplyDeleteI hope you are having a beautiful day!

ReplyDeleteLOL! If only there were actual money trees!
ReplyDeleteYour pool & the landscaping were beautiful. I can't imagine the temps being that high. This Northeasterner would surely pass out in that kind of heat.
That is a very nice pool you had. We had one on our first house, too, but hubby did not want one here plus we have a vein of granite three feet under ground out back anyway. Nothing wrong with dreaming.
ReplyDeleteYour old pool is beautiful and I hope you have another one at your new house SOON. BTW.....can you send me a cutting of that money tree!?!?!? :)
ReplyDeleteYou could play in the sprinkler!
ReplyDelete:)
Could you water and Miracle Gro my tree please??? Your pool was beautiful...oh, the operative word here is was...I am so sorry you don't have your wonderful pool...hope springs eternal!!
ReplyDeleteWow........why did you guys move, that pool is wonderful!!!
ReplyDeleteCan I have some seeds from that money tree of yours!?
Marty, I don't think a money tree could survive 115 degrees! Your old yard was so beautiful. I can see why you are dreaming of it! I hope you get some relief soon. So far we have more rain than heat! See you tonight for TTT! Linda
ReplyDeleteWow, what a beautiful backyard! I'd miss it, too; however, I know you don't miss having to clean it. (Just trying to make you feel better ... lol). xoxo
ReplyDeleteOh Marty, that pool is beautiful. No wonder you're dreaming! Especially with it being so hot there! At least you were able to enjoy it for a while. :)
ReplyDeleteOMG Marty that's HOT!! No the pool probably won't magically appear (It was gorgeous by the way!) But you can turn up the AC! *winks* And decorate with blue and white for a cooling effect? Lol! Please send about 20 of those degrees my way? It's currently 60 here *sighs* Vanna
ReplyDeleteI can see why your dreaming Marty! That pool was so pretty!
ReplyDeleteOh my, 115 is not fun! I think we will be coming out the 2nd week in August, hope it cools down a bit.
Hugs to you,
Cindy
Gorgeous pool! I would miss it terribly, especially during those temps!
