Welcome to the 62nd Table Top Tuesday. I hope you all had a very Blessed Easter with family and friends.
Today I am taking you on a tour of my daughter's backyard and some revamping they have been doing.
They just recently had their BBQ rebuilt and I love how fabulous it turned out. They have food drawers and a cooler on the backside. The top is done in travertine and it is stunning. The contractor also installed undercounter lights all around the outside, so at night it has the most amazing glow.
They also decided to replace some of their patio furniture. She found this fabulous table. Love the chunky base and top and there are also extension leaves on the ends so it will easily seat 12. The rug has leaves with tones of green and brown.
Parsons chairs covered in outdoor fabric are so comfortable and look so elegant.
She repainted her bakers rack in ORB and we had a fun play day decorating it. Nothing new, we just shopped both our stashes for things that might work.
She used a mix of rustic, white and silver. This will be such a great piece to decorate for all her entertaining.
She was having a buffet BBQ for a few friends, so she fixed the basket with plates, napkins and silverware that she can just sit on the table and everyone can grab their own tablesettings.
Saturday she hosted a birthday party for my grandsons, so the table is set for another BBQ.
Such beautiful weather, it was wonderful to be able to eat outside.
I think her dining area turned out so pretty.. They are working on the livingroom side of the patio. I can't wait to show you when it is all done. It is looking fabulous so far.
I am so looking forward to seeing what you have all been up to. It is always amazing.
Thanks so much for stopping by, I always enjoy your visits.

This is just like out of a magazine or a movie. Just so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLiving here in West Texas where the wind and sand blow all spring, the blazing hot sun and bugs in the summer, a few evenings in the fall is about the only time we can sit outside. We never eat outside..just too hot.
So glad she is able to enjoy such a beautiful outdoor room.

Absolutely goegeous. Your daughter is like you, she can really decorate! How lucky you are to have her close by. And how lucky all of you are to be in sunny Arizona, with warm weather. It is cold here in northern Utah. I can't wait to bbq and eat outside on the patio. Thanks for sharing such beautiful pictures of a lovely space. Hugs, Karie
ReplyDeleteMarty, your daughter's redo is just lovely!!! I particularly like the idea of the under counter lighting for the ambiance it creates. Thanks so much for sharing it with us.

Marty, your daughter's patio looks beautiful!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous patio, Marty. I know you and your daughter had some fun decorating it. The baker's rack looks fantastic. You have inspired me to get to work on mine. I always love white mixed in - so pretty. I have to be careful for the birds though. They always come and make nests in "the decor" on my baker's rack!Linda
ReplyDeleteWhat a great baker's rack, Marty! I have a smaller one on my patio, but I don't have overhead coverage, so it has the perfect "shabby" look to it. : ) When you said your daughter painted hers with ORB I did think about it, but I'm sure being out in the sun and weather mine would probably not fair well. It's decorated so nicely ~ I love it!
ReplyDeleteMarty it is just beautiful...a whole living area outdoors...my kids would want to move back home! lol I love those gorgeous candle holders! Happy Table Top Tuesday girl and thanks for letting us play..love ya...Picket

I just put a brown urn very similar to the one you gals used out to go to GW. Now, I'm going to take it back out of the box & find a green plant for it. It looks great!!

I can't imagine having such a beautiful outdoor space. Our weather with the winds and rain we get in the summer would never allow it, even if I could afford it! Everything is just perfect.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous eating area! It looks so inviting. The bakers rack looks very nice, too. I'm sure your daughter and her family will spend many happy hours in this fun area.
ReplyDeleteTammy
