Thanks to Susan @ Between Naps On The Porch we have another fun day to play with our dishes. Be sure to visit her to see some fabulous tablescapes.
Since I found treasures at GW last week, of course I had to play with them. I thought my new placemats and napkins would be perfect for our Sunday Brunch. Bacon Quiche, Orange glazed cinnamon rolls, coffee and juice. Perfect for after Church.

For the centerpiece my little French Chef and my chicken wire cloche with a candle helped set the mood.

Love the placemats. So cute with the tab for the napkin and pocket for the stainless. I'm using my Pfaltzgraph Village every day dishes. The chefs plate I found at Fry's Grocery. They are HD Designs.

Mugs for coffee or tea, and juice cups. I think I have every piece that was ever made for these dishes. I've had them over 30 years and still love them.

Cream and Sugar if you like.

Salt and pepper to suit your taste.

Small plate for the Orange glazed cinnamon rolls.

Perfect setting and meal for hungry tummies after church.

Thanks so much for stopping by, I always look forward to your visits.
P.S. I will post the recipe tomorrow for Foodie Friday.

Cute mats and I love the plaid napkin.
I am sort one canister in that pattern. My 4 yo gson was staying in the cottage and knocked it off the shelf. Lucky it didn't fall on his head! I don't think I will be replacing it!
Marty, those are the cutest placemats with the buttoned pockets. Love your dishes and the cute little chef.
So great. I just love the chicken wire center piece.
I had the blue dishes like yours back in the day. I finally put mine in a yard sale to make room for more dishes:) I love the chef's plates and how perfect with your chef centerpiece! The placemats are so fun with the tabs on them.
Sue
Marty, I think those place mats are just too much fun! Great table-enjoy!
Cute brunch table.
Cute table. I really like the plaid in those napkins!
Since it's a Sunday brunch, maybe you'll join Summer Sundays with it?

Wow! I have those placemats in avocado green. Yes that is what the color was called way back 34 years ago. I still love them. I love how you put it all together. It's lovely.
What a cute chef! Love your brunch table -- it all looks delightful.
This is great! Can I come for brunch! Where did you find those cute placemats? Such neat details you have with everything coordinating! Love it all!
Katherine
How fun to see you use some of your finds. What a great table. I love the little chef plates. I was taken aback when I saw the Pfaltzgraff. I used to have that pattern and I had completely forgotten about it. Yes, it would have been 30 years ago for me too. Must have broken too many raising kids.
Marty,
thos placemats with the tab for the napkins are so cut, I love them, too. And I really love those square plates. They are so cute and how nice that you have the little French chef to that. That look so inviting for breakfast. Thank you for sharing you beautiful table.
Greetings, Johanna
Charming setting for what sounds like a scrumptious brunch! I love the chicken wire on the centerpiece.
Hi Marty, I love your tablescape, the chef is so cute as are the square plates. I have a set of bowls that are similar to your plates that I bought for my husband. He had wanted to do some tablescaping if he ever gets the chance! Thanks for sharing such a lovely table for brunch!
Hugz,
Kim
I haven't seen that pattern for ages. How cute you made it all look! I think those came out when we were so into the earth colors. Your table is just lovely and I especially like the chicken wire cloche! I had a chance for a blogger to buy one and send it to me..but I wasn't sure what they cost and with shipping so high...I was reluctant..and now I wish I had just jumped the chance! Darn!
WHY do I have to "think" anything over!! GRRRRR
Love and hugs,
Mona
What time did you say Brunch was?
Marty, I remember this pattern! Didn't it come in blue also? When I got married many of my friends were choosing this as their everyday dishes. I love it! And those little chef plates are so cute! And those placemats are great--I would love to find some like that. They are so much fun with the little pockets. As usual, your table is great. Linda
Marty, I agree your placemats are really clever. Nice table setting. I like the dishes. Just took a look at the previous post. You certainly struck the jackpot at GW.
Great finds. ~ Sarah
Can I come over after church and join you, Marty? Your table is irresistable!...Christine
Breakfast is my favorite meal, morning or evening. If I hurry maybe I still have time to get there. I love the chickenwire cloche with the bird on top. Thank you for sharing your charming design. Cherry Kay
Marty I think you must be in the running for the blogger with the most amount of dish sets!!
I have always loved Pfaltzgraph dishes- I think they are timeless-
That pretty wire bird cloche always catches my eye when I see it!!

Marty, your table is lovely. The chef is almost my favorite, but I will go with the chicken wire cloche because I have the same one! Mine is empty tho, and I love the way you have yours displayed and im going to try that in my kitchen makeover. -thanks for sharing and inspiring as always.
I would be hoping it was a short sermon on Sunday so I could get home and enjoy this terrific 'scape and delicious sounding menu! Everything looks wonderful and I especially like how the square plates with the chefs match the one you have as a centerpiece!
DD
Marty, this looks so inviting. I love those chef plates and your chef centerpiece. I have Pfaltazgraph Village mugs in blue, and I always feel that they are such a classic. Just enough decoration to be pretty, but not so much that they are busy looking. Don't your new place mats look pretty with the plaid napkins tucked in the pocket! laurie
What a cute table! I like those chef pieces. I used to have that china in the blue and white. I sure wish I still did! I love your new placemats. They will be so versatile!
What a find! I love these dishes and you've paired them up with the perfect complements. I love that wire thingy, too. I have a pink wire cloche but I wish I had one like yours.
Beautiful, Marty! You always share the neatest finds.

This scape gives me a feeling of cozy familiarity. I don't know if it's the dishes that evoke the feeling or the whole thing. I love the chefs, and that cloche is perfect. All in all, I just think it looks lovely, warm, and inviting!
I just love lOVE that little cook!
LOVE this Marty!!! I'm a big fan of pfaltzgraff, my pattern is "folk art", this was one that I also always had an eye on. Your combination is so much fun here. LOOK at those bargains making your table look like a Beverly Hills Cafe(fantastic)!!! Your little chef is TOO CUTE!!!
"It's Magnifico"!!!
