On the left is Karen @ Some Days Are Diamonds ( she came over from California ), Ceekay @ Thinkin' of Home, Sherry @ Country Wings in Phoenix. On the right in front is Jamie @ Mimi's Corner, Cindy @ Applestone Cottage ( she came in from Wisconsin ) and me.

Karen and Ceekay.

Sherry.

Cindy and Jamie.

On to some shopping. We went to the two Goodwill stores near me. What fun we had rummaging through everything. We all came away with treasures.

All the gang outside the restaurant as we were leaving.

When bloggers get together, of course there are gifts. I loved all of mine. A fabulous teaspoon all decorated with lace and an old postmark and picture, a hanging banner declaring me the "Queen of Cloches" complete with a crown and cloche, a beautiful Spring tag and a wonderful bird for my spring decor. I love it all and had such a great time.

If you get a chance to meet up with fellow bloggers you will find that they are the best friends in the world. Thanks ladies, I had a ball.

You know what I love about this...besides seeing all of your smiling faces...4 or the 6 are my blog friends. The last time you posted a about getting together with other bloggers, I didn't know any of the people in the photo...this time I do. A few months has really made a difference on getting to know the lovely ladies in this community of bloggers.

ReplyDeleteI had no internet at the hotel (grrrrrrrr)
But I had such fun! I just love catching up with all of you . . . and of course . . . the SHOPPING!
I spent 5 hours in Brass Armadillo on Sat. but walked out of Hobby Lobby because the lines were about 13 people long EACH! I just didn't need anything that bad -
Got together with CeeKay at her home last evening around 5, then we went out to dinner then back to her house to talk BLOGGING until about . . . 12:00??? I drove back to my hotel while it was pouring cats and dogs and thunder and lightning. It was beautiful but kinds scary driving.
Had a ball. I'm exhausted. Left about 8:00 this morning AZ time. Good to be home.
thanks so much for the fun time, and next time - I PROMISE I will remember the time difference!
:) HUGZ!
